- We've been sleep training Matthew this week...primarily to break a few bad habits... 1) he's been sleeping in his bouncy chair since he got a cough about 3 weeks ago, 2) he's been swaddled from day one, 3) we may try to get rid of the pacifier too...but this is a lower priority for me. So far we've had mixed success.
- Grace called herself an angel once this week...I think it had something to do with her wearing a tutu.
- Matthew cried a full 2 hours with his babysitter/neighbor while we attended an Adoptive Families of Houston program. Apparently Matthew has early onset separation anxiety (he's 5 1/2 months and usually it starts at 7-9 months).
- I'm so thankful for getting a full day and night off to attend a retreat at a friend's ranch this past weekend! (As luck would have it, both kids slept through the night for Daddy.)
- Grace ate all of her pinto beans & rice and asked for more! Another important Texas trait developed!
