Yesterday I spoke with my old roommate's son, Matthew (age 3) who is living in Paris with his family and he told me that he had a gift for Grace... his pacifier! In my opinion, this is a major act of love for Matthew who has found great comfort in his pacifier these last three and a half years! I guess we're going to have to schedule another trip to Paris to pick up this wonderful gift.
Today we celebrated Valentine's Day at our house with our own personal
caterer...Mama Lisa. She fixed a fantastic meal of cheese souffle, ham wrapped asparagus, orange salad and last but not least...cherry pie! Below is our mimosa toast to Grace's first Valentine's Day.
It was fun to cook in someone else's kitchen and have them clean up. A great excuse to make Christi's and my favorite dessert too! Cheers and Happy Valentine's Day y'all!!!
