Cleared by Oklahoma IPCP

As luck would have it, the hospital where Grace was born implemented a new computer system on the day she was born and when we needed her hospital records yesterday, they couldn't find them. However, thanks to the persistance of our caseworker, Judy, the hospital records were located this morning. Those records along with the birth mother's consent, our physicals and a number of other papers were collected to submit to ICPC (interstate compact on the placement of children) in Tulsa today. In fact, Jeff was the courier that got them there at 1pm today. Thanks to everyone's efforts, we were approved by Oklahoma ICPC at 4pm today! Now it's up to Texas ICPC in Austin to give us the go ahead to come home. Anyone have a friend in Austin at the Texas ICPC?
