Christmas Eve

At the Christmas eve service for the kids, everyone was invited to wear the costumre of their choice (among the characters in the story of Jesus' birth) and Grace chose to be a lamb.  right before the service started, Grace decided that she wanted a close look at the alter, so she positioned herself at the alter rail just to the left of the aisle where everyone processed.  I tried several times to have her come join us in the pew, but she wouldn't budge.  Luckily the congregation thought it was cute and commented on the adorable lamb that was so attentive during the service!

You wouldn't know it from this photo, but the church was packed with 600 people.  Grace definitely had the best seat in the house!
