"Awesome"

This latest illness required Grace to take some yucky tasting medicine that Jeff and I had trouble getting down Grace for two days.  Everytime we tried to give her some, she would spit it out!

After asking advice from lots of friends and searching the internet for an answer, we discovered a solution that worked!  Give a semi-sweet chocolate chip first before the medicine.  I guess the chocolate creates a thick enough barrier on the taste buds that the medicine doesn't taste so bad!

When I tried this technique the first time, I was so excited that it worked that I said "Awesome!"  Now, as a result, Grace says "Awesome" after each time she is given medicine!
