Grace, Jeff and I are thrilled to share with you all that we are anticipating the arrival of an additional member to our family! We learned in mid-February that I am pregnant...which makes me about 18 weeks pregnant now. You may have noticed in the last batch of photos from Easter that there is a bit of a "baby bump" showing these days. If the baby cooperates, we will find out next week whether it is a boy or girl! The due date is October 4th and we are all thrilled! This means that the age spread between Grace and her baby sibling will be about 20 months which was what we had hoped for! (Jeff and his brother are 14 months apart and Maggie and I are 15 months apart...I have a new appreciate for our moms now that Grace is 15 months old!)
So far I've been feeling great. The first trimester I was exhausted and took an afternoon nap at the same time as Grace most days...plus Grace is in a super-explorer phase these days which keeps me busy at all times when she is awake.
